This is the place I put the things that don't belong anywhere else. At the moment, the fandoms include various comics, Trigun, Ultraviolet, Blake's 7, Lord of the Rings and Star Trek. I've come to terms with my destiny as a multifandom whore. Listed in alphabetical order by fandom, except for the unfinished series at the bottom of the page.
Alias: Get Me To The Church On Time
"If this makes me late for my wedding," Jack says grimly, "someone is going to be sorry." Jack/Sloane. NC-17 for m/m sexual content.
"Sloane still has his faith, if he has almost nothing else." Set betweeen Season Two and Season Three.
"At first glance, he thought that she was only someone who looked like Laura – like Irina."
Alias: An Honour That I Dream Not Of
One explanation for a photograph.
Written for the 2000 Holiday Fanfiction Project. I've always loved the marvelous sense of atmosphere Kurt Busiek, Alex Ross and Brent Anderson created in Astro City, and I tried to capture it in this vignette. The first Astro City story in the whole world, afaik, although at least one other has been written since.
In an alternate universe that breaks off after #22, the Doctor broods about the past, considers the present and whines about the coffee. Full of swearing and sex and drug references for the sake of authenticity.
The Authority: The Waiting Room
The Midnighter remembers the first time he met the man who would become Apollo.
The Authority: Not A Sparrow Falls
A missing scene from the end of Earth Inferno. Jack Hawksmoor has a word with his wayward shaman.
Blake and Avon go for a walk and come to an understanding. An AU variation of Terminal necessitated by the trauma of watching that episode for the first time. Basically an excuse for slash, although nothing actually happens here.
Scorpius has a proposal for Kerr Avon. Farscape crossover.
Cally's first kill. Written for the B7 ficathon.
Cally meets a new friend. Written for Multiverse 2005.
Doctor Who: Complete Strangers
"Time travel is like visiting Paris. You can't just read the guide book, you gotta throw yourself in. Eat the food, use the wrong verbs, get charged double, and end up kissing complete strangers. Or is that just me?" - The Doctor, The Long Game.
Doctor Who: Programmed Responses
The Master helps the Doctor as only he can.
Lord of the Rings: Many Colours
An expansion of Gandalf and Saruman's conversation on the top of Orthanc during the film. One reason why Saruman turned to the dark side, one reason Gandalf didn't.
Michael's reaction to the end of The Mansions of the Silence.
Jakita Wagner meets an old friend she didn't know she had.
Arnold J. Rimmer meets a grey girl in a seedy bar. Farscape crossover.
Star Trek TNG: Carnal Pleasures
Q asks Picard for a lesson in carnality. Slash, but nothing like as explicit as the title makes it sound - this barely rates a PG. Sorry.
Star Trek/Battlestar Galactica: I Shall Be Made Thy Music
Gaius Baltar comes face to face with God - or at least a reasonable subtitute.
In a quiet corner of Subreality, the Authority's Doctor learns a few lessons from some wise men. A Lord of the Rings crossover, with appearances by characters from several other fandoms.
Vash, Wolfwood, a cheap hotel room. Some deep conversation. Some screwing. Rated NC-17.
Originally written for the 2001 Holiday Fanfiction Project. Vash finally finds out what kind of churchman Wolfwood is.
Ultimate Fantastic Four: Damsel in Distress
Sue Storm tries to make polite conversation. Written for Yuletide 2004.
I can't say too much about this without spoiling it. I imagine fans of the show will be keen enough to read without a summary *g*.
Watchmen: Good Will, Blood and Scotch
Originally written for the 2000 Holiday Fanfiction Project. Daniel Dreiberg finds something unusual under the tree on Christmas Eve in 1978.
This series is my attempt to graft Neil Gaiman's Endless characters into Arthurian legend. And yes, I am planning to finish it one of these days.
Destiny and Desire clash over the control of an English king, and the conception of a very special baby . . .
Bright Lights and Dark Dancers
Ulfin and Merlin take the infant Arthur to Titania's court to protect him from the enemies besieging Britain. But are the guardians more dangerous than the forces they are meant to protect the child from?
